T.E.A.M – Teaching Empowerment & Affecting a Multitude is our social and community development sector of Roundball where we mentor young adults by providing them in the right career directions and assisting in lifestyle choices. We do this by using program staff & alumni players who are leaders in their respective careers. These Alumni assist in guiding or mentoring younger players who are recent high school graduates or youth at risk and are in the difficult transition of adapting and entering into the working world.
TEAM also works with agencies regularly to participate in outreached focused events whereby our athletes are taking part in projects that develop social change and awareness in the community. For more information on the TEAM or if you have a referral for us, please contact us.

The Roundball Bursary program is an ongoing initiative by Roundball to provide educational opportunities to youth in our communities who may not have the means to receive them. We aim to raise money through donation and charitable events for the purpose of providing bursaries to hard working youth that have come from difficult socioeconomic lifestyles. Please join us in being apart of our mandate to use basketball as a means to better our community.
